Protocol Builder

Revolutionizing Medical Protocol Creation

Led discovery, research, and design to create a digital tool to help our customers create protocols for research studies in a more efficient and accessible way. This tool would change how our customers created protocols by allowing them to no longer rely on JSON and instead build it on a wizard-like interface.

Quoting Platform

Reimagining Manufacturing Quotes

A four-year journey started as a quick interface facelift and became an entire platform redesign, both customer-facing and internal-facing. This award-winning project revolutionized how manufacturers interacted with quoting platforms by making the quoting process fast and easy across all processes.

Expense Feature

Simplifying Co-Parenting Expense Tracking

Led discovery, research, testing, and design for the Expense re-design project. Parents needed an experience that acknowledged the emotional complexity of co-parenting while simplifying financial tracking. The redesign improved parents' overall experience with tracking expenses and gave OFW runway for additional features that could be added to the feature.

Gravie Mobile App

Empowering On-the-Go Insurance Access

Led discovery, research, and testing while directing visual design on a journey to translate Gravie’s complex web platform into an intuitive mobile experience so customers had access to their insurance information on the go. The new mobile app gave customers a much-improved experience and was quickly adopted once launched.

Task Management Dashboard

From Data Overload to Clear Insights

Led discovery, research, and design to create a task management dashboard to help our customers visualize data that would otherwise be trapped in a CSV file.
